BUYING TICKETS ONLINE
Each year hundreds of our amazing fans get tricked into buying a wristband or print at home ticket from Craigslist, eBay, or a ticket broker site.
Unfortunately, many of these are already used or are counterfeits. Only tickets purchased from one of our distributors are considered valid purchases. Your attempt to save cash will probably cost you more money, a lot of trouble and ultimately will keep you from attending the festival.
And remember, some sneaky people might even try to sell their wristbands to you. However, removal or tampering of a wristband automatically voids it. We check every wristband to make sure it has not been tampered with or removed. You will be caught and you will be escorted directly from the festival.
BUYING TICKETS FROM BILL EXPRESS
The Festival has partnered with Bill Express to facilitate convenient purchase of tickets island-wide.
When you buy from Bill Express, you do not get the actual ticket. You get a receipt for your ticket purchase.
This reserves your spot at the Festival.
With this receipt, you will be able to pick up your official ticket, at your convenience, from Will Call locations in Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, Kingston and the venue from January 2.
Details on exact Will Call location will be provided by Dec 31.
Go to the Bill Express location of your choice. See list here.
Tell the agent you are buying tickets for Jazz Fest.
You will be asked to provide your ID, and contact information along with payment amount.
Please note: Bill Express transactions are in JMD only.
WHAT IF I LOSE MY BILL EXPRESS RECEIPT?
Not to worry! We will have your purchase details on file.
Just bring your ID to the Will Call location.
If you used a debit or credit card to buy your tickets, you must bring these as well.
Only the person who bought the ticket can collect the ticket.
And you must show your ID to collect tickets. No exception.
WHAT IF I WANT SOMEONE TO COLLECT THE TICKET FOR ME
For an alternate person to pick up somebody’s order, the person picking up must provide a copy of the original purchasers ID, A copy (front and back) of the original purchases credit card, a copy of the original purchasers receipt and a note authorizing the person picking it up to pick up the order with nothing blacked out on any of those copies.
This alternate pick up requirement is part of our standard policy and is for verification to prevent fraudulent pick ups and to help thwart scalping/selling to 3rd party/strangers (which we advise to people not to do).
WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO BRING TO COLLECT TICKET?
For Bill Express, you need your ID and purchase receipt.
For online purchases, you need your ID, the credit/debit card used to make the purchase and the order confirmation email.
WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS IN PERSON IF I AM NOT BUYING THEM ONLINE?
At Bill Express Outlets island-wide starting Dec 8. Other outlets details to be announced.
I LOST MY WRISTBANDS, NOW WHAT?
Wristbands are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be replaced.
CAN I TAKE MY WRISTBANDS OFF?

Please don’t remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will be denied entry (and that will make us sad).
