GENERAL TICKET INFO

- General Admission grants you access to the general areas of the venue which has no assigned seating or standing areas. This area is occupied on a first-come, first-served basis.

- VIP Admission grants you access to the general area as well as the area closer to the stage. Un-reserved seating will be provided. This area will be occupied on a first-come first-served basis. Tickets will be limited to the number of seats available, and will go off-sale once this area is full.

- Tickets purchased online attract an 8% service/handling fee.

- VIP Parking is sold separately and available only to VIP weekend and season ticket holders. Cost is USD$10.

- All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

- The festival is for all ages; children age 10 & under are free.

- Tickets purchased online will be available for collection from the Festival’s Will Call Box Office (location and times to be advised). To collect tickets you will need a photo ID, order number and the credit card you used to buy the tickets.

- Tickets will also be available from official AMP Ticket Outlets. Locations will be posted at a later date.

- Lost tickets will not be replaced. No exceptions.
